For custom tops, hoodies, and sweaters, we request the first 8 standard body measurements defined by the Craft Yarn Council. We also prioritize an individual consultation before starting so we can discuss your desired fit, preferred length, and styling choices. 

What are your production and turnaround times?

Because each item is meticulously handmade, timelines depend on the complexity of the piece:

  • Headwraps and scarves: Approximately 2 weeks from order to delivery.
  • Hoodies and crewnecks: Approximately 4 to 6 weeks from order to delivery.
  • Custom wearable art: Typically 2 to 4 months, depending on material sourcing and intricate design details. Regular progress photos and timeline updates are provided throughout the process.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Because every garment is made to order and personalized to individual specifications, there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges accepted. We work closely with you beforehand to ensure measurements and design expectations are fully aligned.

What types of yarn and materials do you use?

We primarily use quality acrylic-based yarns, with occasional wool blends selected for texture and warmth. Every piece description lists the exact materials used. When commissioning a custom order, we consult with you on your desired yarn type, which is sourced specifically for your project upon receipt of your deposit.

How do I wash and care for handmade crochet clothing?

To protect delicate handmade stitches, wash items alone on a gentle or hand-wash cycle using a mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners, and do not dry clean. Always lay your pieces flat to dry or use a drying rack to prevent stretching.
